In life, there are always two sides to something or a thing. Wine is known majorly for the health benefits it has to the human entire body, as good as we all know, wine can be beneficial to the health. Unfortunately, it also has its own bad side effect. Excessive intake of wine comes with different bad effects.

With the constant drinking of alcoholic wine, dealing with physical or mental health is a severe complicated issue to deal with. The side effects for drinking wine every night can result in a long/short term situation, which can take a bad effect or great damage to the body.

If not taking care of almost immediately, the brain would become difficult to take care of with time because it can cause damages to some vital organs.

  1. Excessive alcohol use affects and damages the liver from functioning properly and prevents it from cleaning or taking out harmful things that can damage the body.

  3. Behavioral changes: most times, because of constant alcohol use, human behavior gets affected mentally, and difficulty with making smart decisions and having clarity towards a situation, which also affects the brain’s frontal lobe making it shrink.
  4. Research has that too much alcohol can affect and bring about infertility or erectile dysfunction if used constantly. Also, a pregnant woman might put their baby’s at risk because they are in a delicate state where alcohol might do more harm to the baby’s physical or mental health.
  5. Malnutrition: naturally eating healthy with constant health drink would give the body nutrients and vitamins to allow the body and skin to look very healthy. But abuse of alcohol will make one look very unhealthy and cared for.
  6. Affects one’s coordination: a person who often abuses wine can have issues with balancing while walking, standing, or running. It is almost like losing control of oneself because of the interference of excessive wine.
  7. Constant tiredness/fatigue: tiredness and fatigue feel9ing could also be a sign of anemia, which affects too much alcohol in the body.
  8. Risk of diabetics: too much wine affects the organs from working properly or balancing the body system’s sugar level.

  10. Heart/lung issues: one of the major causes of this is a cardiovascular disease; it is also a complicated heart issue. The lungs also lose control of preventing harmful viruses and bacteria to the body, hence diseases kike tuberculosis and pneumonia hit the body.

Alcohol in the body system almost reacts immediately, even with just a sip. Constant intake of this is more harmful than helpful to individuals.

Anxiety: this can be assumed as a minor part of mental illness. Anxiety causes one to have an impulsive overwhelming feel and have strong fear over little or minor issues.

Nervousness: this comes with a combination of lots of feelings at once. Feeling of excitement, anxiety, and dread making the heart race fast, sweaty palms and stomach upset.

Bloating: Most people who feel bloated usually have a swollen abdomen, the stomach feels too full, really tight, hard, and painful.

High blood pressure: the feeling of dizziness and lightheadedness with the constant pound in the heart.

Heavy sweating: this is caused by low blood sugar.

Tremor: this affects body movement like making the eye and eyelids twitch, movement with the leg and hands like a shaky movement, and other body parts.

Alcohol abuse is easier to be addicted to because it comes with a great feel to the individual; you get to sleep off, forget worries, pains, and the body dependent on alcohol with time. However, desisting from addiction can be very hard and difficult to do because there is an impulsive feel and urge to keep taking it.

Most times, they end up looking for professional help or going to rehab to get better. Here are the side effects of drinking wine every day and night, note if the withdrawal symptoms experience keeps coming often, it is better not to stay away from the doctor.
